M4 Sherman Po River - Diorama of the Day

This beautiful and creative diorama was created by Len Philpot and it depicts a US M4 tank submerged in the Po River flood in Italy. The crew is working frantically to secure the tank and salvage their possessions. Len has used the Verlinden 'sunken sherman' kit for the diorama, which has been sold to a private collector in Spain.

The piece is in 35th. scale and was first published on missing-lynx.com and if you follow the link you can see a lot more pictures.

D-Day Sherman - Diorama of the day

by Kasper Fischer

This is technically a vignette but let's call it a diorama. Otherwise I have to change the name of the segment and I really like it. This beautiful piece is constructed by Cheehong Ahn and posted on missing-lynx.com. I really think Cheehong has been able to tell a story through the simplicity of this diorama.

Leopard 2A6 - Diorama of the Day

The German Leopard tank has always been a favourite of mine. Maybe it's because the Danish army uses the them too but I really think the this tank looks awesome.

The Leopard 2A6 diorama is based on the Tamiya 1/35 scale kit and is done by Henry Liu, from Shanghai, China. The Diorama was first published on missing-lynx.com, which is one of the best online model galleries, I have come across. Please check it out!
